Needle Punched Non Woven Fabric

Card clothings of various specifications and models are covered on the surface of the cylinder, flat plate and doffer in the carding machine. The specifications, process performance and manufacturing quality of Needle Punched Non Woven Fabric directly affect carding, impurity removal, mixing, uniformity and transfer. Therefore, card clothing is an important carding element of a carding machine. Both theory and practice have shown that changes in tooth configuration, relative speed, relative gauge and tooth density of card clothing will have different effects on fibers of Needle Punched Nonwoven. The interaction between the two needle surfaces can be summarized into the following three types:

The conditions for the carding effect to occur between the two needle faces are as follows.
(1) The needle teeth of the two needle faces are relatively parallel.
(2) The two needle surfaces have relative speeds, and the relative movement direction of one needle surface to the other needs to make the needle points of the two needle surfaces face each other.
(3) It has a smaller gauge and a certain needle tooth density.

Due to the small distance between the two needle surfaces, the fiber bundles on any needle surface of the Needle Punched Non Woven can be grasped by the teeth of the two needle surfaces at the same time, and are mainly affected by the joint action of the two needle surfaces.
