Approximate process flow: raw material - opening machine - cotton feeder - carding machine - laying machine - needling machine - ironing machine - winder - finished product
1. Weighing and feeding
This process is the first process of needle punched non woven fabric. According to the prescribed proportions of various fibers, such as black A 3D - 40 %, black B 6D - 40 %, white A 3D 20 %, weigh them according to the proportions. Feeding and recording to ensure the stability of product quality.
If the feeding ratio is wrong, the style of the produced product will be different from the standard sample, or there will be periodic product color differences, resulting in poor batches.
For products with a variety of raw materials mixed and high color difference requirements, try to disperse the materials as evenly as possible during manual feeding. If possible, use two cotton blending equipment to ensure that the cotton blending is as uniform as possible.
2. Opening, blending, carding, spinning, laying
These actions are the decomposition process of several equipment work when fibers become non woven fabrics, all of which are completed automatically by equipment.
The stability of product quality depends to a large extent on the stability of equipment. At the same time, production and management personnel are familiar with equipment and products, their sense of responsibility, and experience, etc., to a large extent, they can detect abnormalities in time and deal with them in time.
3. Acupuncture
Uses: Use acupuncture equipment, generally with a minimum gram weight of 80g, mainly used for car trunks, sunroof sunshade panels, nonwoven fabrics for engine rooms, car bottom guards, coat racks, seats, main carpets and other parts.
Key points: According to the product style and requirements, adjust the needling conditions and determine the number of needling machines to use. Periodically check the degree of needle wear. Set the needle changing frequency. Use a dedicated needle plate when necessary.
4. Check and roll
After the needle punching of the Non Woven Filter Fabric is completed, the Nonwoven Fabric is considered as the preliminary processing.
Before the nonwoven fabric is rolled into a roll, it will be automatically detected by metal. If it is detected that the non woven fabric contains more than 1mm of metal or the needle is broken, the equipment will alarm and stop automatically. This effectively prevents metal or broken needles from flowing into the next process.
