Introduction of Filter Cotton process:cotton blending - opening - secondary opening - mixing box - carding - laying - hot air setting - cooling - cutting and curling.

1. Cotton blending: According to the different requirements of customers, the Filter Cloth Material cotton is mixed according to different proportions. After weighing the initial weight, it is poured into the mixer and stirred by the machine. The purpose is to mix all kinds of raw materials evenly.
2. Opening: transfer the agglomerated fibers evenly spread to the licker - in roller device through rollers, and send them in sequence. After the fiber clusters are powerfully opened, they are sent to the secondary feeding device by the fan. After the second delivery, the fiber cluster is sent to the cotton mixing box by the fan, and mixed by the vibration of the wool hopper.

3. Carding: The cotton layer with uniform thickness and distribution is sent to the upper screen by the cylinder and doffer carding lathes, and then spread into a net by the shaking screen.
4. Laying the net: Swing back and forth by the shaking screen, laying a uniform net layer and then sending it into the oven by the bottom screen.
5. Hot air setting: send the uniform cotton layer into the oven, and the low - melting - point fibers in the oven at a certain temperature will entangle various fibers to form synthetic fiber cotton.
6. Cold air shaping, edge trimming and curling: After the Air Filter Material synthetic fiber cotton is shaped by cold air, the thickness is determined by the finale, and then trimmed to a specified value. When the length reaches the specified value, it is cut off by the thermal fuse, and then rolled.
