2. The melt temperature is too low, because the viscosity is too high, the shear stress of the melt in the spinneret hole increases, resulting in melt rupture, poor spinnability, and parallel threads on the Filter Cloth surface.

3. The temperature in each area of the extruder, if the temperature is too high, it will easily cause the chips to be ringed at the feeding port and cannot be fed. If the temperature is too low, the pressure of the melting section will be increased, so that the chips cannot be completely melted, resulting in resistance to feeding.

4. The melt pressure is low, the melt distribution is uneven, and the formed melt streams have different thicknesses and irregular surfaces. If the melt pressure is too high, it is easy to cause melt fracture.
5. The spinning speed affects the spinning stability, and the spinning speed is low. The number of thin streams of melt ejected from the spinneret holes on the spinneret plate is small and easy to cool, and only a small amount of cooling air is needed to meet the process requirements.
